1. Scope
This policy applies to payments made to Rachna Softech LLP for subscriptions to our apps. Where a product’s plan or a signed agreement sets out different terms, those terms apply. If you subscribed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, cancellations and refunds are handled by that store under its own policies.
2. Free trials
Free trials are free of charge. You are not billed unless you choose a paid plan.
3. Monthly plans
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time from your account or by writing to us. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing month and is not renewed after that. Partially used months are not refunded, except where required by law.
4. Annual plans
If you cancel within 7 days of your first annual payment, we refund it in full. After that, the plan stays active until the end of the paid term and the remaining period is not refunded, except where required by law.
5. Duplicate or incorrect payments
If you are charged twice or charged an incorrect amount, we refund the excess in full after verifying the transaction.
6. Custom and partnership work
Custom solutions and partnership work are billed under a separate written agreement, which sets out its own cancellation and refund terms.
7. How to request a refund
Email hello@teamrachna.tech with your invoice number, the payment reference and the reason for your request. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method; the time taken for the amount to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
